Reggie Morris
James Reginald "Reggie" Morris (June 25, 1886 – February 16, 1928) was an American actor, film director, director, and screenwriter of the silent film, silent era. He appeared in 46 films between 1913 and 1918. He also directed 40 films between 1917 and 1927. He was born in New Jersey and died in Los Angeles, California from a myocardial infarction, heart attack. ''A Girl in Every Port'' is a 1928 American silent comedy film based on an original story by Howard Hawks, who directed the film as well. The feature stars Victor McLaglen, Robert Armstrong, and Louise Brooks. It was produced and distributed by the Fox Film Corporation, which later remade it as ''Goldie'' in 1931, with Spencer Tracy and Jean Harlow.
