Reginald "Reggie" Jagers III (born August 28, 1994) is an American athlete specializing in the discus throw. He won the gold medal at the 2017 Summer Universiade. He set the left handed discus world record while competing at the 2018 USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships. In 2019, he won the bronze medal at Pan American Games in Lima, Peru. The Universiade is an international multi-sport event, organized for university athletes by the International University Sports Federation (FISU). The name is a portmanteau of the words "University" and "Olympiad". FISU World University Games Gold Medalists For The United States
The Fédération Internationale du Sport Universitaire (FISU, en, International University Sports Federation) is responsible for the organization and governance of worldwide sports competitions for student-athletes between the ages of 17 and 25.
