Wincent Weiss (; born 21 January 1993) is a German singer, and was first known for taking part in in 2013. Career 2013–2017: ''Irgendwas gegen die Stille'' In 2013, Weiss participated in the tenth season of the German talent show ''Deutschland sucht den Superstar'', the German adaptation of the ''Idol'' franchise. After a successful audition, he became one of the top 29 contestants but failed to make it to the live shows. Operation Regenbogen (Operation Rainbow) was a sortie in 1942 into the Arctic Ocean by warships of the Nazi Germany (German navy) during the Second World War. The operation culminated in the Battle of the Barents Sea. Background Following the hard-fought PQ 18 and the disastrous PQ 17 battles in the autumn and summer of 1942 the Allied supply convoys to the Soviet Union had been temporarily suspended.
