Reforma AC
The Reforma Athletic Club is a Mexican sports club located in San Juan Totoltepec, Naucalpan. The club is mostly known for its football team that played in the Liga Mexicana de Football Amateur Association prior to the development of the professional Mexican first division. The squad currently plays in an amateur league in Mexico City. Apart from football, Reforma hosts a large number of activities, including aerobics, ballet, basketball, boxing, cricket, dance, karate, racquetball, swimming, tennis, water aerobics, yoga and zumba. History The club was founded in 1894 by a group of English migrants in order to play sport and as a social club. Water Aerobics
Water aerobics (waterobics, aquarobics, aquatic fitness, aquafitness, aquafit) is the performance of aerobic exercise in water such as in a swimming pool. It is done mostly vertically and without swimming typically in waist deep or deeper water. Water aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise that requires water-immersed participants. Most water aerobics is in a group fitness class setting with a trained professional teaching for about an hour. The classes focus on aerobic endurance, resistance training, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere with music. REFORMA: The National Association to Promote Library & Information Services to Latinos and the Spanish Speaking, more commonly known as REFORMA, is an affiliate of the American Library Association formed in 1971 to promote library services to Latinos and the Spanish-speaking. Orizaba
Orizaba () is a city and municipality in the Mexican state of Veracruz. It is located 20 km west of its sister city Córdoba, and is adjacent to Río Blanco and Ixtaczoquitlán, on Federal Highways 180 and 190. The city had a 2005 census population of 117,273 and is almost coextensive with its small municipality, with only a few small areas outside the city. The British Football Club was a Mexican football club that played in the Liga Mexicana de Football Amateur Association, the first Mexican league prior to the professionalization and development of the Primera División de México. History The club was founded in 1902 by Percy Clifford, a Cornish immigrant, who at the time was a member of the Club Reforma. Clifford decided to dedicate his life to becoming one of the best players in the Mexican league and would later go on to become a Manager and board member for the club. Pachuca Club De Fútbol
Club de Fútbol Pachuca is a Mexican professional football team based in Pachuca, Hidalgo, that competes in Liga MX. Founded by Cornish miners from Camborne and Redruth in 1901, it is one of the oldest football clubs in the Americas, and was one of the founding members of the Mexican Primera División.
