Reedley High School
Reedley High School was established in 1918 as the first public high school in Reedley, California, and in the Kings Canyon Unified School District. It boasts one of the largest marching bands on the West Coast. Every year, Reedley High hosts a CMEA Music Festival. Admissions Approximately 1,836 students attend Reedley High. The racial makeup of the school is 47% White, >1% Black or African American, >1% Native American, 2% Asian, 1% Filipino, and 1% from other races. 48% of the population is Hispanic or Latino. Reedley is a city in Fresno County, California, United States. It is located in the San Joaquin Valley, east-southeast of Fresno, at an elevation of . The population at the 2010 census was . Its chief economic source is agriculture, particularly fruit and vegetable cultivation and has thus dubbed itself "The World's Fruit Basket". Reedley is situated along the Kings River, downstream from Centerville. Kings Canyon Unified School District
Kings Canyon Unified School District comprises mainly Reedley, California area schools, but also those for the town of Orange Cove and the mountain areas ( Dunlap, Miramonte, Squaw Valley, Wonder Valley). The Hollywood Christmas Parade (formerly the Hollywood Santa Parade and Santa Claus Lane Parade) is an annual American parade held on the Sunday after Thanksgiving in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California. The San Jose Holiday Parade is in San Jose, California. The parade is considered one of the "Top 25 Parades in America". Celebrities and famous locals appear as Grand Marshals and numerous bands from across America are invited to participate in the parade.
