Daryll Reddington
Daryll Reddington (born 17 October 1972) is a former New Zealand cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and right-arm medium-pace bowler who played for Otago. He was born in Queenstown. Reddington, who had played two Challenge Matches in the 1999-2000 Hawke Cup for Dunedin Metropolitan, made a single first-class appearance for Otago during the 2002–03 season, against Central Districts. From the tailend, he scored 0 not out in the only innings in which he batted. Reddington bowled 18 overs in the match, taking a single wicket, that of Mathew Sinclair. Ian Reddington
Ian Reddington (born 25 September 1957) is an English actor with many stage and television credits since the early 1980s. He became widely known for television roles such as the Chief Clown in the ''Doctor Who'' serial ''The Greatest Show in the Galaxy'', Richard Cole in ''EastEnders'' and Vernon Tomlin in ''Coronation Street''. Early life Ian Reddington was born in Walkley in Sheffield. He was educated at Frecheville Comprehensive. He had no formal drama training at school but became a leading figure in the Meatwhistle youth theatre project run by youth workers in the city. This gave him his first appearance as the Herald in Peter Weiss's ''Marat/Sade'' at the Sheffield Crucible in 1973 directed by Glen Walford. He also played percussion and sang backing vocals in proto-punk band Musical Vomit alongside Glenn Gregory, who later went on to become lead singer with Heaven 17. Helen Reddington
Helen McCookerybook (born Helen McCallum, a.k.a. Dr Helen Reddington) is a British musician and singer-songwriter, who was the bass player and co-singer with The Chefs (an acclaimed Brighton based punk band), during the late 1970s and early 1980s. She went on to form Helen and the Horns in the mid 80s. Both bands were admired by John Peel, recording six BBC Radio 1 sessions between them. After a long break from her music career, Helen McCookerybook started again as a solo artist in 2005. Stuart Reddington
Stuart Reddington (born 21 February 1978) is an English football coach and former professional footballer who is assistant manager of Lincoln United. He played as a defender and was notably contracted to Premier League side Chelsea, but failed to make a first team experience but spent time on loan with Kalmar FF and Mansfield Town. He then joined Mansfield permanently where he played in the Football League before moving into Non-League football with Burton Albion, Gainsborough Trinity, Grantham Town, Ruston Sports FC and Sleaford Town. He finished his career where he started, with Lincoln United, where he had four separate spells during his career. Playing career Reddington started his football career aged 19, playing for his local non league side Lincoln United. William Redington Hewlett
William Redington Hewlett ( ; May 20, 1913 – January 12, 2001) was an American engineer and the co-founder, with David Packard, of the Hewlett-Packard Company (HP). Early life and education Hewlett was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where his father taught at the University of Michigan Medical School. In 1916 the family moved to San Francisco after his father, Albion Walter Hewlett, took a similar position at Stanford Medical School, located at the time in San Francisco. He attended Lowell High School and was the 1929-1930 Battalion Commander of the school's Army JROTC program. He was accepted at Stanford University as a favor to his late father who had died of a brain tumor in 1925. Hewlett received his bachelor's degree from Stanford University in 1934, a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from MIT in 1936, and the degree of Electrical Engineer from Stanford in 1939.
