Red Cavaney is an American businessman and lobbyist. He is a former CEO of the American Petroleum Institute, of Ericson Yachts, and he served in the administrations of Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford. Biography Red Cavaney was born in Kansas City, Missouri on 26 February 1943. He graduated from the University of Southern California in 1964. Kay Bailey Hutchison (born Kathryn Ann Bailey; July 22, 1943) is an American attorney, television correspondent, politician, diplomat, and was the 22nd United States Permanent Representative to NATO from 2017 until 2021.
