Rebel Penfold-Russell is an Australian film producer, occasional actress, and Penfolds, Penfolds family heiress. She was the executive producer of movies such as ''Frauds (film), Frauds'', ''The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert'' and ''Paws (film), Paws''. She owns her own production company, Rebelstudio, which was formerly called Latent Image. She has had a number of small roles in various television series and films, such as ''Shoestring (TV series), Shoestring'', ''Prisoner (TV series), Prisoner'', ''Emerald City (play), Emerald City'' and ''Easy Virtue (2008 film), Easy Virtue''. In 2009, she was awarded the Order of Australia, O.A.M. Penfolds
Penfolds is an Australian wine producer that was founded in Adelaide in 1844 by Christopher Rawson Penfold, an English physician who emigrated to Australia, and his wife Mary Penfold. It is one of Australia's oldest wineries, and is currently part of Treasury Wine Estates. The chief winemaker since 2002 has been Peter Gago. History Christopher and Mary Penfold arrived in Australia from Angmering, West Sussex, UK, at the respective ages of 33 and 24, in June 1844. Following their arrival, they were supported by family members in the attainment of the Magill (originally "Mackgill") Estate at the foot of the Mount Lofty Ranges. ''Frauds'' is a 1993 Australian thriller comedy film starring Phil Collins, Hugo Weaving and Josephine Byrnes. The film focuses on Roland Copping (Collins), a sociopathic insurance investigator who blackmails a married couple (Weaving and Byrnes) about the accidental killing of their friend during a prank gone wrong. ''Shoestring'' is a British detective fiction drama series, set in an unnamed city in the West of England and filmed in Bristol, featuring the down-at-heel private detective Eddie Shoestring (Trevor Eve), who presents his own show on Radio West, a local radio station.
