''Rebel Child'' is the debut studio album recorded by Canadian singer and songwriter Tenille Arts. It was first released October 27, 2017 through the independent label imprint 19th & Grand. Arts co-wrote every track except for the lead single, "Cold Feet". A deluxe edition of the album was later issued on February 9, 2018, with additional tracks including the second single, "Moment of Weakness" and a cover of " Black Velvet". ''Rebel Child'' entered the ''Billboard'' Country Album Sales chart at number 45 in 2019. Promotion "Cold Feet" was released on July 21, 2017, as the record's lead single. The song also serves as Arts's debut American single. "Cold Feet" received praise from music critics and was featured in a "Makin' Tracks" article in the ''Billboard Country Update'', a first for an independent release. Tenille Jade Dakota Arts (born April 19, 1994) is a Canadian country music singer from Weyburn, Saskatchewan. She released a self-titled extended play and her debut studio album '' Rebel Child'' with 19th & Grand Records before signing a joint record deal with indie label Reviver Records in 2018. Her first album under that deal, '' Love, Heartbreak, & Everything in Between'', was released in January 2020. Arts was nominated for the Discovery Artist Award by the Canadian Country Music Association in 2016 and has received multiple awards from the Saskatchewan Country Music Association. She released her third studio album '' Girl to Girl'' in October 2021 on 19th & Grand. Arts is currently signed to Dreamcatcher Artists. David Tyson
David Michael Tyson is a Canadian rock music producer and songwriter. He is best known for co-writing Alannah Myles' 1990 #1 hit " Black Velvet" (with Christopher Ward) and producing her debut album. He also co-wrote three hit songs (with Dean McTaggart) from Amanda Marshall's self-titled 1995 debut album. Tyson has won three Juno Awards for his work, mainly in the 1990s. Christopher William Ward (born 28 July 1949) is a Canadian songwriter and broadcaster, known as a former long-standing on-air personality at MuchMusic, Canada's music video network, where he and J. D. Roberts were among the first video jockeys in 1984. Ward was a judge on ''The Next Star'' which was a Canadian reality television show on YTV.
