"Real Love" is a song by the German recording artist Sarah Connor (singer), Sarah Connor. A piano-led pop ballad, it was written by Alexander Geringas, Bernd Klimpel, Rike Boomgaarden, and Charlie Mason and produced by the former for her seventh studio album, ''Real Love (Sarah Connor album), Real Love'' (2010). It was her last single in English until the release of "Ring Out The Bells" twelve years later, as she has been performing in her native language German in the time between. Released as the album's second single on 7 December 2010 in German-speaking Europe, the song reached number 54 on the German Singles Chart, making it Connor's only English-language single to miss the German Top 50. Sarah Connor (born Sarah Marianne Corina Lewe; 13 June 1980) is a German singer and songwriter. She rose to prominence after she signed with X-Cell Records in 2000 and released her debut album ''Green Eyed Soul'' (2001) the following year. Erik Lewander (born 29 May 1974) is a Swedish music producer, songwriter, film composer and mixing engineer based in Stockholm. He is signed to The Kennel (Universal Music Publishing) Career With a background as a musician in several bands, Lewander started working as a sound designer at a post production house in Stockholm (Pang Studios). Besides sound designing he also started making music for commercial films. Up to this day he has composed music to several hundred commercials.
