Reach A Hand, Uganda (RAHU) is a youth serving nonprofit organisation based in Uganda that focuses on youth empowerment programs with an emphasis on, Sexual Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) and Advocacy of young people between the ages of 10–30 years including HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention ,youth livelihood promotion . RAHU works with the goal of increasing access to information and services relating to SRHR for young people so as to empower them live healthy, focused and productive lives. Humphrey Nabimanya
Humphrey Nabimanya is a Ugandan social entrepreneur, philanthropist, peer educator, Founder CEO, founder and team leader at Reach A Hand Uganda, Reach A Hand, Uganda. He founded the IKON Awards, Ikon Awards. Early life and education Nabimanya was born on 14 November 1988 and has seven siblings. Nabimanya attended Rubaga Primary school (Queen of Peace) in 2003, Kiira College Butiki from 2004 to 2007 for his 0'level, and Namirembe Hill Side High School, Namirembe Hillside High School between 2008 and 2009. In 2013, he graduated from Makerere University with a bachelor's degree in community psychology. Staying Alive is an MTV international initiative to encourage HIV prevention, promote safer lifestyle choices and fight the stigma and discrimination that fuels the HIV epidemic. Staying Alive is now the world’s largest HIV mass media awareness and prevention campaign.
