Raúl Castañeda
Raúl Castañeda (September 20, 1982 – September 6, 2017) was a boxer from Mexico, who participated in the 2004 Summer Olympics for his native country. There he was stopped in the second round of the Light flyweight (48 kg) division by Russia's eventual bronze medalist Sergey Kazakov. Castañeda was born in Guaymas, Sonora. He won the bronze medal in the Light flyweight division at the Pan American Games in Santo Domingo. He qualified for the Olympic Games by coming in second place at the 1st AIBA American 2004 Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Tijuana. He was shot dead in an ambush at La Paz, Baja California Sur La Paz (, en, Peace) is the capital city of the Mexican state of Baja California Sur and an important regional commercial center. Raúl Jiménez
Raúl Alonso Jiménez Rodríguez (; born 5 May 1991) is a Mexican professional footballer who plays as a forward for club Wolverhampton Wanderers and the Mexico national team. Jiménez began his career in Club América's youth system before debuting in the first division in October 2011. He won his first championship with América in 2013, winning the Clausura tournament, and was the team's second-highest goalscorer. In August 2014, Jiménez joined Spanish side Atlético Madrid. After one season, he signed for Benfica, with whom he won two consecutive league titles, among other major honours. Raúl Javier Ibañez (; born June 2, 1972) is a Cuban-American former professional baseball left fielder in Major League Baseball (MLB) now serving as Senior Vice President of On-Field Operations for MLB. He played 11 of his 19 big league seasons for the Seattle Mariners, while also playing for the Kansas City Royals, Philadelphia Phillies, New York Yankees, and Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. While primarily a left fielder, Ibañez often saw considerable time as a designated hitter (DH), throughout his career. An All-Star in 2009, Ibañez won the Player of the Week Award five times. Raúl González Robles (born 25 April 1991), sometimes known simply as Raúl, is a Spanish footballer who plays as a forward for Hércules CF. Club career Raúl was born in Alicante, Valencian Community, playing youth football for three local clubs including Hércules CF. In the 2012–13 season he was promoted to the first team, finally settling on jersey 26 (a youth squad number) for financial purposes. Raúl made his debut in Segunda División on 26 August 2012, coming on as a 60th-minute substitute for Alberto Escassi in an eventual 1–2 derby home loss against Elche CF.
