Ray McHale
Raymond McHale (born 12 August 1950) is an English former professional footballer who played as a central midfielder. McHale began his career with Chesterfield before moving to Halifax Town. He later played the Football League for Swindon Town, Brighton & Hove Albion, Barnsley, Sheffield United, Swansea City, Bury, Rochdale and Scarborough. making 599 appearances and scoring 87 goals. The English Football League (EFL) is a league of professional football clubs from England and Wales. Founded in 1888 as the Football League, the league is the oldest such competition in the world. It was the top-level football league in England from its foundation until 1992, when the top 22 clubs split from it to form the Premier League.
