Ray Feinga
Ray Feinga (born May 8, 1986) is an American football guard who is currently a free agent. He was signed by the St. Louis Rams as an undrafted free agent in 2009. He played college football at BYU. Feinga has also been a member of the San Diego Chargers. Early years Feinga was an All-State selection as a senior and led Hunter High School, West Valley City, Utah to the State Championship. He was named 2003 Mr. Football in the state of Utah as a senior and Gatorade player of the year. He was selected to the U.S Army All-American Bowl. Additionally, he was named Hunter's Most Valuable Player and earned region defensive player of the year and MVP. He was an All-State and All-Region selection as a junior as well after recording more than 70 tackles and nine sacks on defense. Guard (American Football)
In gridiron football, a guard (G), otherwise known as an offensive guard (OG), is a player who lines up between the center and the tackles on the offensive line of a football team on the line of scrimmage used primarily for blocking. Right guards (RG) is the term for the guards on the right of the offensive line, while left guards (LG) are on the left side. Guards are to the right or left of the center. Redshirt, in United States college athletics, is a delay or suspension of an athlete's participation in order to lengthen their period of eligibility. Typically, a student's athletic eligibility in a given sport is four seasons, aligning with the four years of academic classes typically required to earn a bachelor's degree at an American college or university. The Arena Football League (AFL) was a professional arena football league in the United States. It was founded in 1986, but played its first official games in the 1987 season, making it the third longest-running professional football league in North America after the Canadian Football League (CFL) and the National Football League (NFL) until the AFL closed in 2019. Alshinard Harris (born December 7, 1974) is a former NFL cornerback and current coach. Harris played for fourteen seasons in the National Football League (NFL) from 1998 to 2011. He is currently an assistant secondary coach for the Dallas Cowboys. Harris played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Philadelphia Eagles, Green Bay Packers, Miami Dolphins, and St. Louis Rams. He was selected for the Pro Bowl after his 2007 and 2008 seasons in Green Bay. The AP also named him a second-team All-Pro in 2007. In sports, the practice squad, also called the taxi squad or practice roster, is a group of players signed by a team but not part of their main roster. Frequently used in gridiron football, they serve as extra players during the team's practices, often as part of the scout team by emulating an upcoming opponent's play style. In human anatomy, a hamstring () is any one of the three posterior thigh muscles in between the hip and the knee (from medial to lateral: semimembranosus, semitendinosus and biceps femoris).
