Ravi Kumar (born 4 July 1993) is an Indian footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Indian Super League club Punjab. Career Pailan Arrows Kumar signed for Pailan Arrows in 2010 when they were called AIFF XI. Kumar made his professional debut for Pailan Arrows in the I-League on 2 February 2012 against reigning champions Salgaocar at the Salt Lake Stadium; Kumar managed to keep the clean-sheet as Arrows drew the match 0–0. Sporting Goa On 18 July it was confirmed that Kumar has signed for Sporting Goa with Deepak Devrani. He made his debut for Sporting Goa in the I-League on 21 September 2013 against Mumbai F.C. at the Balewadi Sports Complex; as Sporting Goa drew the match 1–1. The Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan (VYBK; ), commonly known as the Salt Lake Stadium, is an all-seater multi-purpose stadium located in Bidhannagar, with current capacity of 85,000 spectators. Named after Swami Vivekananda, the stadium forms the home ground for multiple football clubs, most notably ATK Mohun Bagan, East Bengal and Mohammedan. 2012–13 I-League
The 2012–13 I-League was the sixth season of the I-League, the Indian professional league for association football clubs, since its establishment in 2007. The season began on 6 October 2012 and finished on 12 May 2013 with Churchill Brothers crowned champions in matchday 25. Dempo S.C., Dempo were the defending champions, having won their third I-League title the 2011–12 I-League, previous season. On 29 December 2012, Mohun Bagan were barred from competing in the I-League for 2 years following a decision taken by the I League core committee. This was because they failed to turn up in the second half of the match against East Bengal F.C., East Bengal because of crowd trouble. All their results in the I-League were declared null and void and all their remaining fixtures were cancelled. 2011–12 I-League
The 2011–12 I-League was the fifth season of the I-League. The season began in October 2011 and ended in May 2012. Salgaocar are the defending champions, having won their maiden title in the previous season. The current edition has a total of 14 teams contesting for the honors. These include the top twelve teams from the 2010–11 season along with the two promoted sides, Shillong Lajong and Sporting Clube de Goa, who had been the winner and the runner-up in the 2011 I-League 2nd Division respectively.
