Ruscism, also known as Rashism,, ; , group=lower-alpha Russism,, group=lower-alpha or Russian fascism,; , group=lower-alpha is a term used by a number of scholars, politicians and publicists to describe the Ideology, political ideology and social practices of the Russian authorities during the rule of Vladimir Putin.
