Rashid Adewumi Aderinoye (born 9 October 1950) is a Nigerian professor of literacy and open distance learning, former Deputy Executive Secretary, Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC) and Executive Secretary, National Commission for Nomadic Education (NCNE).
