Rashakai
Rashakai is a small town located along the Nowshera-Mardan road, in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. Rashakai interchange The town gained importance in 2007, when an interchange of the M1 Motorway was constructed here. Rashakai interchange serves for Nowshera, Mardan and northern parts of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, i.e., Malakand, Swat, Buner, Dir and Chitral. Rashakai cloth market Before 2007, the small town of Rashakai was famous for its cloth market (Shireen Kotay). It used to be among the top cloth markets in the province of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (also in other parts of Pakistan), it still flourishes but at the same time many other cloth markets have emerged. The famous cloth market is situated on West side of Noshehra-Mardan road and on South side of M1 motorway, this area is called Shireen Kotay that is about 1.5 km from Rashakai towards Noshehra. Nowshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Nowshera (; ; ps, نوښار, ''pr.'' ''Nowkhār'' ) is the capital city of Nowshera District in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. It is the 78th largest city in Pakistan and ninth largest city in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Located in the Valley of Peshawar, Nowshera lies on the Kabul River, and is approximately east of the provincial capital Peshawar, along the historic Grand Trunk Road. Mardan
Mardān (Pashto and ; Urdu ; Pashto: ) is a city in the Mardan District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, Pakistan. Located in the Valley of Peshawar, Mardan is the second-largest city of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (after Peshawar). It is a fast-growing city that experienced a population boom in the latter half of the twentieth century. Around 1800 BCE, the area around Mardan was part of the homeland of the Gandhara grave culture. Rock edicts of the ancient Indian King Ashoka in the nearby Shahbaz Garhi, written in the right-to-left Kharosthi script, date from the Mauryan period (mid-200s BCE) and represent the earliest irrefutable evidence of writing in South Asia. M1 Motorway (Pakistan)
The M-1 motorway or the Islamabad–Peshawar Motorway ( ur, ) is an east–west motorway in Pakistan, connecting Peshawar to Islamabad–Rawalpindi. The motorway was constructed during President Pervez Musharraf's rule at a cost of Rs. 13 billion, and was opened in October 2007. It spans , with in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and in Punjab. History Work on M-1 was started during Nawaz Sharif's tenure in 1997, and the contract was awarded to Turkish company Bayindar. However, the work stopped after his government was dismissed by Army chief Gen.Pervez Musharraf in october 1999. Progress remained very slow and not much work was done between 1999 and 2003. Work restarted in 2003 after the contract was re-awarded to a consortium PMC-JV during President Pervez Musharraf's tenure. Diesel fuel , also called diesel oil, is any liquid fuel specifically designed for use in a diesel engine, a type of internal combustion engine in which fuel ignition takes place without a spark as a result of compression of the inlet air and then injection of fuel. Compressed Natural Gas
Compressed natural gas (CNG) is a fuel gas mainly composed of methane (CH4), compressed to less than 1% of the volume it occupies at standard atmospheric pressure. It is stored and distributed in hard containers at a pressure of , usually in cylindrical or spherical shapes. CNG is used in traditional petrol/internal combustion engine vehicles that have been modified, or in vehicles specifically manufactured for CNG use: either alone (dedicated), with a segregated liquid fuel system to extend range (dual fuel), or in conjunction with another fuel ( bi-fuel).
