Jonathan Wayne (born June 5, 1990), better known by his stage name Jonwayne, is an American rapper and record producer. Early life Jonwayne was born in La Habra, California on June 5, 1990. He is a descendant of American Revolutionary War General "Mad" Anthony Wayne, from whom actor John Wayne took his stage name. Career Jonwayne briefly worked as a stage actor after high school. Through these activities, he developed a crush on a girl who was interested in poetry; he then began writing his own poetry in order to impress her and quickly found a passion for it. Jonwayne's love of poetry led to his involvement in hip hop at 17 years old when a rap group from West Covina began bringing their equipment to a Young Artists Workshop that he attended. Kevin Marques Moo (born 1974), better known by his stage name Daddy Kev, is an American DJ, Grammy Award-winning audio engineer, record producer and executive from Los Angeles, California. Ringgo Ancheta, better known by his stage name Mndsgn (pronounced "mind design"), is an American record producer and singer-songwriter based in Los Angeles, California. Biography Mndsgn was born Ringgo Ancheta in San Diego, California and was raised in New Jersey. He is the youngest of four in a family of Filipino descent. His mother was a nurse and his father was a Navy man. He learned to play organ before his older brother introduced him to rap music and beat production at a pivotal age. The Worldwide Awards, formerly known as the Worldwide Winner Awards, are an annual awards celebration curated by radio DJ Gilles Peterson and currently hosted by Worldwide FM and Radio 6 which celebrates up-and-coming musicians on an international scale. The ceremony evolved out of an annual segment on Peterson's BBC Radio 1 show '' Worldwide'' during which listeners would vote on a list of Worldwide Winners.
