Ramón Franco (actor)
Ramón Luis Franco (born September 12, 1963) is a film and television actor. He was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico and resides in Los Angeles. Franco is most well known for his role in the Vietnam series ''Tour of Duty'', where he played Alberto Ruiz. He also appeared in Clint Eastwood's movie ''Heartbreak Ridge'' in 1986 as Lance Corporal Aponte. He appeared in the TV series '' The Bridge'' as Mexican cartel leader Fausto Galván. Caguas (, ) is a city and municipality of Puerto Rico located in the Central Mountain Range of Puerto Rico, south of San Juan and Trujillo Alto, west of Gurabo and San Lorenzo, and east of Aguas Buenas, Cidra, and Cayey. Caguas was founded in 1775. The municipality had a population of 127,244 at the 2020 census. Caguas is located from San Juan. It is located in the ''Valle de Caguas'' or Caguas Valley (also known as ''Valle del Turabo'' or the Turabo Valley), at the eastern ranges of the Central Mountain Range. It was directed by Rod Holcomb and included one of the early performances of Joey Lawrence, who was nominated for Young Artist Award for his role in the movie.
