Ramzan Chhipa
Muhammad Ramzan Chhipa ( ur, ) is a Pakistani philanthropist and social worker based in Karachi, Pakistan. He is the founder of Chhipa Welfare Association, an NGO in Pakistan known for its social work and the second largest fleet of ambulances after Edhi Foundation around the country. His welfare organization has a large fleet of over 500 Chhipa Ambulances, fully manned by Chhipa volunteers and equipped with first aid boxes and oxygen cylinders and are stationed at over 150 Chhipa Ambulance centers in prominent and vital places, on various city road roundabouts and near Government Hospitals across Karachi city and other regions of Pakistan, for providing immediate help and assistance to the needy, sick, suffering people and emergency patients. Sitara-i-Imtiaz
The Sitara-e-Imtiaz () also spelled as Sitara-i-Imtiaz, is the third-highest (in the order of "Imtiaz") honour and civilian award in the State of Pakistan. It recognizes individuals who have made an "especially meritorious contribution to the security or national interests of Pakistan, world peace, cultural or other significant public endeavours". This award is not limited to the citizens of Pakistan, and it can also be awarded to foreign citizens based on their achievements and services done to the State of Pakistan (see Władysław Turowicz). The governor of Sindh is the appointed head of the province of Sindh, Pakistan. The office of the governor as the head of the province is largely a ceremonial position; the executive powers lie with the Chief Minister of Sindh, chief minister and the Chief Secretary Sindh, chief secretary of Sindh. However, there were instances throughout the history of Pakistan, the powers of the provincial governors were vastly increased, when the provincial assemblies were dissolved and the administrative role came under direct control of the governors, as in the cases of martial laws of 1958–1972 and 1977–1985, and governor rules of 1999–2002.
