Ramona Pringle is a Canadian digital journalist, television host, multiplatform media producer, actress and professor. Currently she is the Director of the Transmedia Zone at Ryerson University, an incubator for innovation in media, and a Technology Columnist for CBC. Ramona heads a production company in Canada that specializes in multiplatform content and digital topics. She is the producer of Rdigitalife.com and of Avatar Secrets, an interactive documentary for TVO. The RTA School of Media is a school within the Faculty of Communication and Design at Toronto Metropolitan University located in the Rogers Communications Centre, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The New York Hall of Science, also known as NYSCI, is a science museum located in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park in the New York City borough of Queens, in the section of the park that is in Corona. ''The-X'' is a Canadian children's TV program on CBC Television, televised during the 2004-2005 television season. It was replaced by ''The Void'' in 2005, and ''The Outlet'' in 2006. The show is targeted to children between the ages of eight and 12. Sally Gifford and Anthony McLean are in-studio hosts, who interview celebrities and do various comedy segments. The roles of the cast are not fixed and often vary. Morgan Waters goes on the road, across the country, interviewing children, ordinary people, and sometimes celebrities as well.
