Ralph Judd
Ralph Wesley Judd (December 7, 1901 – May 6, 1957) was a professional baseball player. He was a right-handed pitcher over parts of three seasons (1927, 1929–30) with the Washington Senators and New York Giants. For his career, he compiled a 3-0 record, with a 3.32 earned run average, and 23 strikeouts in 62⅓ innings pitched. In baseball, the pitcher is the player who throws ("pitches") the baseball from the pitcher's mound toward the catcher to begin each play, with the goal of retiring a batter, who attempts to either make contact with the pitched ball or draw a walk.
