is a Japanese artist management and record company, which is a subsidiary of Tom Yoda's TY Limited Group and was founded on July 7, 2003. It is located at 4-6 Sarugakuchō, Ebisu-Ōmukai, Shibuya, Tokyo. It also co-owns Sistus Records with NBCUniversal Entertainment Japan. Tom Yoda
is a Japanese businessman. Profile Born May 27, 1940 in Chikuma, Nagano-ken, Tatsumi (nicknamed Tom) finished high school at Nagano HS in 1959 and Business Administration at Meiji University in 1963. In 1969, he became Sansui Electric's director until 1988, the year he founded TY Limited (then Thomas Yoda Limited). Still in 1988, Yoda, with Max Matsuura and Kazunari "Ken" Suzuki, founded Avex Group, one of Japan's biggest names in music and entertainment. In 1999, he joined Gaga Communications as a director. Due to a feud with Matsuura over unknown circumstances, Yoda resigned as Avex's chairman in 2004, but reappointed as honorary chairman until 2005. As of now, he has his own entertainment company called TY Entertainment. Tower Records
Tower Records is an international retail franchise and online music store that was formerly based in Sacramento, California, United States. From 1960 until 2006, Tower operated retail stores in the United States, which closed when Tower Records filed for bankruptcy and liquidation. Tower Records was purchased by a separate entity and was not affected by the retail store closings. On November 13, 2020, Tower Records announced that it had returned as an online retailer with plans to open future physical locations. Amazarashi
Amazarashi (stylized as amazarashi) is a Japanese rock band from Aomori, currently signed to Sony Music Japan. Formed in 2007, its members are Hiromu Akita (lead vocals, guitar, songwriter) and Manami Toyokawa (keyboard). They have released six singles which have all reached the top 20 of the Oricon charts.
