Raimo Hämäläinen
Raimo P. Hämäläinen (born 7 July 1948 in Helsinki, Finland) is a professor emeritus at the Aalto University School of Science (Aalto SCI), Finland. Hämäläinen founded Systems Analysis laboratory at Aalto SCI in 1984. His research interests include systems intelligence, multiple-criteria decision analysis, sequential games, simulation, and energy modeling. Energy modeling or energy system modeling is the process of building computer models of energy systems in order to analyze them. Such models often employ scenario analysis to investigate different assumptions about the technical and economic conditions at play. Outputs may include the system feasibility, greenhouse gas emissions, cumulative financial costs, natural resource use, and energy efficiency of the system under investigation. Olli Kristian Lokki (Lindeqvist) (28 April 1916 – 6 March 1994) was a Finnish mathematician. Education and career Loki was born in Helsinki. His father was a historian and schoolman, Karl Olof Lindeqvist. Lokki graduated in 1934 from the Finnish Normal Lyceum in Helsinki, then studied at the University of Helsinki, graduating with a master's degree in 1939 and completed his doctorate under the supervision of Rolf Nevanlinna and Pekka Myrberg in 1947. His thesis was in the field of function theory, with the title ''Über analytische Funktionen deren Dirichletintegrale endlich ist und die in gegebenen Punkten vorgeschriebene Werte annehmen''. Helsinki University of Technology (TKK; fi, Teknillinen korkeakoulu; sv, Tekniska högskolan) was a technical university in Finland.
