Raidi (; ; also written Ragdi; born August, 1938) is a Tibetan politician of the People's Republic of China. He served as a vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress from 2003 to 2008, and the highest ranking Tibetan in China. Biography He is a native of Biru County, Tibet Autonomous Region. Ngapoi Ngawang Jigme
Ngapoi Ngawang Jigme (; ; February 1, 1910 – December 23, 2009 ) was a Tibetan senior official who assumed various military and political responsibilities both before and after 1951 in Tibet. He is often known simply as Ngapo in English sources. Early life Ngapoi Ngawang Jigme was born in Lhasa as the son of a leading Tibetan aristocratic family descended from former kings of Tibet, the Horkhang. His father was governor of Chamdo in Eastern Tibet and commander of the Tibetan armed forces. Legqog (, , born October 1944) is a retired Tibetan politician. Biography Legqog was born in Gyantse County, Tibet in October 1944. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1972. He was the Chairman of the government of Tibet Autonomous Region of China between 1998 and 2004, when he was replaced by Qiangba Puncog. From 2003 to 2010, he was the chairman of the Autonomous Regional People's Congress of Tibet and of the Standing Committee of Tibet Autonomous Region. In 2010, Qiangba Puncog was retired of the governorship and took Legqog's chairmanship of the Standing Committee. At the same time, the new governor Padma Choling took from Legqog the Presidency of the Tibet Autonomous Region People's Congress. Yangling Dorje (; ; born April 1931) is a Chinese politician of Tibetan ethnicity who served as chairman of the Tibet Autonomous Regional Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference from 1983 to 1986 and vice chairman of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference from 1986 to 1998. He was a delegate to the 7th National People's Congress and an alternate members of the 12th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. Pagbalha Geleg Namgyai (; ; born February 1940) is the 11th Qamdo Pagbalha Hutuktu of Tibetan Buddhism and a politician of the People's Republic of China. He is a Vice Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), and the Honorary President of the Buddhist Association of China. He also formerly served as a Vice Chairman of the National People's Congress, Vice Chairman of the Tibet Autonomous Region, and Vice President of the Buddhist Association of China.
