Rahul Sharma is an Indian television actor. He is best known for his roles in the anthology series ''Teri Meri Love Stories'' and the soap operas ''Kaal Bhairav Rahasya'', ''Ek Ghar Banaunga'' and '' Mitegi Laxman Rekha ''. Early life Rahul hails from Dausa in Rajasthan and moved to Mumbai to become an actor. Sharma is a science graduate who wanted to do MBA but after attending a 50-day theatre workshop at the National School of Drama in New Delhi his life changed and he decided to be an actor. He has described himself as an avid traveller. Career In 2012, he played the male lead in an episode of ''Teri Meri Love Stories''. Rahul Sharma (Gujarat Police)
Rahul Sharma is an ex Indian Police Service (IPS) officer of the Gujarat cadre turned practicing lawyer with Gujarat High Court. He was inducted into the service in 1992. He played a crucial role in policing operations during the 2002 Gujarat riots. He was seconded to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in 2004, and served there for the next three years. Later, he served as the DIG (armed unit) at Rajkot, Gujarat until seeking voluntary retirement from active service in 2015. Personal life Rahul Sharma is a 1992 Gujarat cadre ex-IPS officer. He received a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT-K) in 1987. Rahul Sharma (born 20 July 1987) is an Indian cricketer. He is primarily a right-handed legbreak and googly bowler. He has been a member of the Punjab cricket team since 2006. He came into the limelight due to his impressive bowling performances in IPL 2011 for Pune Warriors. Early career Rahul started as a medium pacer but soon turned to leg spin on his coach. He made his debut in first class cricket on 25 December 2006 for Punjab against Rajasthan, but had to wait till 2009 to play again. In 2009–10 season of the Ranji Trophy, he took 13 wickets in seven first class games. Rahul played only one Ranji match in the 2010–11 season.
