The Al-Rahma Mosque ( ar, مسجد الرحمة, Masjid ar-Raḥmah, Mosque of Mercy) is a mosque located on Hatherley Street in Toxteth, Liverpool, England, which can accommodate between 2,000 and 2,500 people and serves as the main place of worship and focus point for Liverpool's Muslim population, estimated at 25,000 people. Background The Liverpool Muslim Society, founded in 1953 by the late Al-Haj Ali Hizzam, a member of Liverpool's Muslim Community, and originally operated from a room in his house, is based at the mosque. The current mosque was built in 1974, having taken 10 years to get approval from the city's planning department. Today The current building is used primarily by the city's Yemenis, Syrians, and Somali populations who constitute the vast majority of Liverpool's Muslim population. ''The Angel of Mercy'' ( arz, ملاك الرحمة, translit. Malak al-Rahma) is a 1946 Egyptian drama film directed and written by Youssef Wahbi. It stars Wahbi, Faten Hamama, Raqiya Ibrahim, Farid Shawqi, and Nejma Ibrahim. Plot Fouad Bek is married to Imtethal and has a daughter, Thoraya, who lives in Istanbul with her grandparents. Before Imtethal's mother dies, she reveals a secret she has been keeping to her daughter. She also has a son out of wedlock, and tells her where he is. Imtehal meets her brother, Zaki, who tries to trick her and steal from her. He even threatens her with letters. One day, Fouad finds a letter from Zaki. He misunderstands what the letter discloses and thinks that his wife is having an affair with this man. Thoraya returns to Egypt and finds that her parents have divorced. Rahma el-Dennaoui (born 19 April 2004) is a Lebanese Australian girl who went missing on 10 November 2005, when 19 months old. She was last seen early that morning in the bedroom of her home in Lurnea, Sydney, Australia, where she and her siblings slept. She is best known for objecting to being charged an extra boarding fee by Cambodian airline Bassaka Air because she is a wheelchair user. Personal life In September 2015, Mustafa made the news after she was charged US$240 extra to board a Bassaka Air flight from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh because she uses a wheelchair and needed assistant board the aircraft.
