The Red Lantern Corps is a supervillain and sometimes anti-heroic organization appearing in DC Comics. Their power is derived from the emotional spectrum relating to rage. Publication history They debuted in ''Green Lantern'' (vol. 4) #25 (December 2007) and were created by Geoff Johns and Ethan Van Sciver. José Edilbenes Bezerra (born November 20, 1972), better known by his professional name Ed Benes, is a Brazilian comic book artist, known for his work for DC Comics, on such titles as ''Birds of Prey'', ''Supergirl'', ''Superman'', and ''Justice League of America''. Early life José Edilbenes Bezerra was born November 20, 1972, in Alto Santo, a small town in the Brazilian state of Ceará, in the northeast region of the country. He has lived in Limoeiro do Norte, a medium town also in Ceará state, since he was 14 years old. He began drawing on his own in 1989, referencing the artwork from his brother's comic books. He also took a correspondence art course, though he did not finish it. Guy Gardner (comics)
Guy Gardner, one of the characters known as Green Lantern, is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics, usually in books featuring the Green Lantern family of characters, and for a time (late 1980s through mid 1990s) was also a significant member of the Justice League family of characters. He usually appears in books featuring the Green Lantern Corps, an intergalactic police force in which Gardner has usually been depicted as a member. Gardner's original design was based on actor Martin Milner. Finn Wittrock will portray Gardner in the upcoming live action HBO Max series ''Green Lantern''. Kyle Rayner (), one of the characters known as Green Lantern, is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics.
