Rafi Bohic
Rafi Bohic (born July 9, 1991) is a French Muay Thai kickboxer who lives in Thailand. He is the current Lumpinee Stadium Welterweight champion. He is the former WBC Muaythai World Super Lightweight and WMC Junior Welterweight World champion. Muaythai career Rafi discovered Muay Thai at 17 years old after a year of training in the French boxing discipline Savate. He moved to Thailand to the Singpatong gym in 2012 inspired by Damien Alamos. Rafi Bohic won the WBC Muaythai Super Lightweight title with a decision win over Aranchai Kiatpatarphan during the Best Of Siam 8 event. Bohic won the Lumpini Welterweight belt for the first time in June 2017, with a decision win over Pongsiri P.K.Saenchaimuaythaigym. He was stripped of the title in July, as he was knocked out by Nontakrit Tor Morsi. Bohic would however reclaim the title five months later, after defeating Simanoot Sor Sarinya by decision. Pakorn P.K. Saenchai Muaythaigym is a Thai Muay Thai kickboxer, originally from the Phra Samut Chedi District, but now fighting out of Bangkok, Thailand. Pakorn is a former 135 lbs. Lumpinee Stadium champion and 65 kg Yokkao champion. He is the former 115 lbs Rajadamnern Stadium champion and is currently ranked nr. 1 at 135bs. Azize Hlali (born December 7, 1989) is a French-Moroccan welterweight Muay Thai fighter. He is a former WPMF European Champion. Lumpinee Boxing Stadium ( th, สนามเวทีมวยลุมพินี) is a sporting arena in Bangkok, Thailand. The stadium is named after Lumbini, the birthplace of the Buddha. Opened more than a decade later than Rajadamnern Stadium, Lumpinee is run by the Royal Thai Army. It has become the symbol of modern Muay Thai. Only Rajadamnern Stadium rivals the prestige of holding the title of "Muay Thai Champion of Lumpinee". The ranking system and championship titles are held from mini flyweight (105 lb) up to super welterweight (154 lb). Muay Thai bouts are held on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
