Rafael Pérez Estrada
Rafael Pérez Estrada (February 16, 1934 – May 22, 2000) was a Spanish poet and artist. He was one of the leading figures of avant-garde poetry and narrative in Spain. A several-time finalist for Spain's Premio Nacional de Literatura, Estrada published over forty books in his lifetime. Translations of Pérez Estrada have appeared in ''Harper's Bazaar'' and Poetry Daily.Poetry Daily ''Poetry Daily'', 2012 A book of selected poems, ''Devoured by the Moon'', was published in February 2004. ''Alta Velocidad Española'' (''AVE'') is a service of high-speed rail in Spain operated by Renfe, the Spanish national railway company, at speeds of up to . As of December 2021, the Spanish high-speed rail network, on part of which the AVE service runs, is the longest HSR network in Europe with and the second longest in the world, after China's. AVE trains run on a network of high-speed rail track owned and managed by ADIF (''Administrador de Infraestructuras Ferroviarias''), where other high speed (, Alvia, Avlo) and mid-speed ( Altaria) services also operate. The University of Granada ( es, Universidad de Granada, UGR) is a public university located in the city of Granada, Spain, and founded in 1531 by Emperor Charles V. Óscar Esquivias
Óscar Esquivias (born 28 June 1972 in Burgos, Castile and León, Spain) is a Spanish short-story writer, poet and novelist. Biography He studied at the University of Burgos. He was director of the literature magazine ''Calamar, revista de creación'' (1999-2002). His first novel, ''El suelo bendito'' ( Award Ateneo Joven of Seville) was published in 2000. The trilogy of novels composed of ''Inquietud en el Paraíso'' (2005), ''La ciudad del Gran Rey'' (2006) and ''Viene la noche'' (2007) shows his personal vision of Dante's ''Divine Comedy''. He published a collection of short stories, ''Pampanitos verdes'', many of which contained homosexual characters and themes.
