Rafael Moreno Valle Rosas
Rafael Moreno Valle Rosas (30 June 1968 – 24 December 2018) was a Mexican politician affiliated with the National Action Party (PAN). He was the governor of Puebla from February 2011 through January 2017. Moreno Valle also served as a deputy of the LIX Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Puebla and as a senator in the LX, LXI and LXIV Legislatures. Moreno Valle was the grandson of Rafael Moreno Valle, a doctor and politician who also served as the governor of Puebla from 1969 to 1972. He was also the spouse of Martha Erika Alonso Hidalgo, the first woman governor of Puebla. Death On 24 December 2018, a helicopter carrying Moreno Valle, his wife Martha Erika Alonso Hidalgo, and other PAN politicians from the state crashed in a field near the town of Santa María Coronango, half an hour from the city of Puebla, killing both. The Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation (''Secretaría de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes'', SICT) of Mexico is the national federal entity that regulates commercial road traffic and broadcasting. Its headquarters are in the Torre Libertad on Reforma in Mexico City but some aspects of the department still function at the old headquarters located at the intersection of Eje Central and Eje 4 Sur (Xola). Andrés Manuel López Obrador (; born 13 November 1953), also known by his initials AMLO, is a Mexican politician who has been serving as the 65th president of Mexico since 1 December 2018. He previously served as Head of Government of Mexico City from 2000 to 2005. Born in Tepetitán, in the municipality of Macuspana, in the south-eastern state of Tabasco, López Obrador earned a degree in political science from the National Autonomous University of Mexico following a hiatus from his studies to participate in politics. He began his political career in 1976 as a member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). His first public position was as director of the Indigenous Institute of Tabasco, where he promoted the addition of books in indigenous languages and the project of the Chontal ridge. Rafael Moreno Valle
Rafael Moreno Valle (August 13, 1917 – February 13, 2016) was a Mexican military physician and politician. A member of PRI, he served as the Governor of Puebla from 1969 to 1974, as well as the Secretary of Health from 1964 to 1968 under President Gustavo Díaz Ordaz. He was also a founding member of the Sociedad Mexicana de Traumatología y Ortopedia. Moreno was the grandfather of Rafael Moreno Valle Rosas, who served as the Governor of Puebla from 2011 to 2018. Biography Moreno Valle was born in the city of Atlixco, Puebla, on August 13, 1917. He completed his early schooling in Atlixco.
