Joey van Ingen (born 17 September 1990, Denekamp), known professionally as Radical Redemption, is a Dutch hardstyle DJ and record producer. He has played at several festivals such as Defqon.1, Dominator and Loudness. Early life Joey van Ingen grew up in Denekamp. As a child, he was always interested in music. When he was 10, he started drumming, then in high school, he played in various bands, including Stille, which became his most important project. He also came into contact with dance music at the same time. He then bought a turntable and started practising to make music. Later he also organised hardstyle parties for his friends at home. Career Radical Redemption mainly produces raw hardstyle. Denekamp
Denekamp () is a town in the Dutch province of Overijssel. It is a part of the region of Twente and the municipality of Dinkelland, and lies about 9 km northeast of Oldenzaal. The town was first noted as early as the 10th century when it was referred to as Daginghem, and means "settlement of the people of Dago or Dano". The village started around the church which was built in 1275. It remained isolated and small until 1829 when the road from Deventer to Hamburg was built. The location became a municipality in 1818 incorporating the settlements of Noord Deurningen, Lattrop, Breklenkamp, Tilligte, Nutter and Agelo. The municipality merged with Ootmarsum and Weerselo in 2001; the new municipality was first called "Denekamp", but was renamed in 2002 to Dinkelland. Scantraxx is a Dutch record label founded by Dov Elkabas in 2002, specializing in Hardstyle music. S.W.A.T Between November 2007 and April 2008, the label organized a number of shows under the name of ''S.W.A.T'' (Scantraxx World Artist Tour) in Europe and Australia. Hardstyle Musicians
Hardstyle is an electronic dance genre that emerged in the late 1990s, with origins in the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy. Hardstyle mixes influences from techno, new beat and hardcore. Early hardstyle was typically written at 140 BPM (''beats per minute''), however modern hardstyle is faster, produced around 150 BPM. It consisted of overdriven and hard-sounding kick drums, often accompanied by an offbeat bass, known as a "reverse bass". As the genre grew, the production techniques and songwriting changed to be suited to a more commercial audience. Modern hardstyle can be recognized by its use of synthesizer melodies and distorted sounds, coupled with hardstyle's signature combination of percussion and bass. Dirty Workz is a Belgian hardstyle, jumpstyle and happy hard record label founded in 2006 by Koen Bauweraerts, also known as DJ Coone. Dirty Workz is home to many famous hardstyle acts, including Da Tweekaz, and Wasted Penguinz. Dirty Workz also releases many jumpstyle releases from artists like Fenix, Dr. Rude, & Demoniak. Dirty Workz is a sublabel of Toff Music, a larger Belgian label. Toff Music releases all the albums from the Dirty Workz artists, while Dirty Workz itself focuses on digital and 12 inch releases. Masters of Hardcore is the name of a Dutch hardcore music label and of its related music festival events. Label Masters of Hardcore music label was founded in 1995 in the Hemkade in Zaandam by DJ Outblast and King Matthew. Danny Masseling (born 20 June 1981), better known by his stage name Angerfist, is a Dutch hardcore producer and DJ. Aside from his main alias, he also produces for other genres and subgenres under various aliases and is part of the following groups: ''The Supreme Team'' (with Outblast, Tha Playah & Evil Activities), ''Masters Elite'' (with Catscan and Outblast), and ''Roland & Sherman'' (with Outblast). Sub Zero Project
Sub Zero Project is a Dutch hardstyle producer duo, consisting of Thomas Velderman (born 19 April 1996) and Nigel Coppen (born 9 March 1997), most known for making the Qlimax 2018 anthem "The Game Changer". They are the youngest Qlimax anthem makers in history. History Nigel Coppen initially made music under the name Sub Zero. He came into contact with Thomas Velderman via YouTube; they listened to each other's tracks and then decided to work together. Deepack
Deepack is a hardstyle duo from the Netherlands consisting of Frank Pechler and Marcel Van Der Zwan. The two met in high school in the 1990s, and started producing together directly after they graduated. In 2001, they teamed up with Dutch Hardcore legend Charly Lownoise. Their first releases were on the record label of Dutch party planning organization Q-dance. Deepack have had strong ties with Q-dance, even producing the anthem for their biggest event, Qlimax, in 2003. They founded their own record label called "Hardcopy Recordings" in 2006, where artists like Josh & Wesz and the Stereotuners have had releases.
