Rabia Bala Hatun
Rabia Bala Hatun (Ottoman Turkish; رابعہ بالا سلطان died January 1324) was the wife of Osman I, the founder of the Ottoman Empire. She was the daughter of the famous Sheikh Edebali and the mother of Alaeddin Pasha of the Ottoman Empire. Names Edebali's daughter is called by different names in the sources. Sheikh Edebali's daughter is referred to as "Rabia" in the history of Uric, and as "Malhun" in those of Aşıkpaşazade, Neşri, Rüstem paşa and Lütfi Paşa. Marriage to Osman From the central government records regarding the property she received at the time of her marriage; the village of Kozağaç in the district of Bilecik, where the dervish hospice of her father was located. Bilecik
Bilecik is the provincial capital of Turkey's Bilecik Province which is located in northwestern Anatolia. As of 2015 urban population of the city is 64,531. The mayor is Semih Şahin ( CHP). Honorific and titles Hatun Hatun ( ota, خاتون) was used as an honorific for women in the Ottoman period, roughly equivalent to the English term ''Lady''.
