''Raaga'' is a 2017 Indian Kannada-language romantic drama film directed by P. C. Shekar and produced by Mithra. It features a love affair between two blind people, played by Mithra and Bhama. Whilst the soundtrack and score is by Arjun Janya, the cinematography is by S. Vaidi. The film was released on 21 April 2017. Mithra (actor)
Mithra (''Shinu George''; born 12 May 1977) is an Indian actor, stand-up comedian, television actor, producer and entrepreneur, who has mainly worked in Kannada cinema. He debuted as a small time actor in the film ''Shreeram'' in 2003 and went on to appear in more than 100 films. Prior to films, he worked as a tourists' entertainer in Coorg district of Karnataka. Following this, he appeared in a host of television comedy sitcoms such as ''Silli Lalli'' , ''Paapa Pandu'' and ''Parijatha''. Jayanth Kaikini
Jayanth Kaikini (born 24 January 1955) is a poet, short story writer, playwright, columnist in Kannada and a lyricist in Kannada Cinema. He has so far published six anthologies of short stories, four books of poetry, three plays and a collection of essays. He is valued as one of the best writers in Kannada literature and has revolutionized the field by giving it a fresh new perspective. He has bagged in many notable awards like ' Karnataka Sahitya Academy' award. Kaikini is regarded as one of the most significant writers in Kannada today. Karthik (born 7 November 1980) is an Indian playback singer and composer. Karthik started his professional singing career as a backing vocalist and has since been working as a playback singer.
