RTL Aktuell
RTL aktuell is a German television news programme broadcast on the commercial station RTL Television, RTL. The main 20-minute bulletin airs every evening at 18:45 Central European Time, CET, supplemented by a breakfast news bulletin (''Punkt 6'', ''Punkt 7'', and ''Punkt 8'' formerly ''Guten Morgen Deutschland''), a lunchtime magazine programme (''Punkt 12''), a daily short news programme in the afternoon (RTL News) and a late night bulletin (''RTL Nachtjournal''). Weekend bulletins are branded as ''RTL aktuell Weekend''. RTL aktuell was launched in 1988 as the direct replacement for 7 vor 7, and since 11 September 2010 it is broadcast in High-definition television, HD. Target Audience
A target audience is the intended audience or readership of a publication, advertisement, or other message catered specifically to said intended audience. In marketing and advertising, it is a particular group of consumer within the predetermined target market, identified as the targets or recipients for a particular advertisement or message. Antonia Rados
Antonia Rados (born 15 June 1953 in Klagenfurt, Carinthia) is an Austrian television journalist working for RTL Television since 1993. Nowadays a political scientist with a PhD, Rados began her career in 1978 at ORF. Working as a foreign correspondent for Austrian national radio from the late 1970s to the early 1990s, she gained a reputation as a crisis reporter, most notably for her first-hand coverage of the Romanian Revolution of 1989. In 1991 she joined WDR as a special correspondent, and left in 1993 to join RTL Television. Her live coverage from Baghdad during the Iraq War brought her attention on a national level. Antonia Rados' coverage from Baghdad in 2003 was highly praised in the field of TV reporting, and consequently she won several prizes including the Hanns Joachim Friedrichs Media Award for TV journalism. Maxi Biewer
Maxi Biewer (born 24 May 1964) is a German television presenter and actress. Biewer was born in Berlin, the daughter of actor Gerd Biewer and Brigitte Krause. She speaks German, English, Russian, and French. Biewer attended a Polytechnic High School in Berlin, Köpenick, where she also passed the Abitur. She graduated from the Academy of Dramatic Arts "Ernst Busch" in Berlin.
