Rally Of The Togolese People
The Rally of the Togolese People (french: Rassemblement du Peuple Togolais, RPT) was the ruling political party in Togo from 1969 to 2012. It was founded by President Gnassingbé Eyadéma and headed by his son, President Faure Gnassingbé, after the former's death in 2005. Faure Gnassingbé replaced the RPT with a new ruling party, the Union for the Republic (UNIR), in April 2012, dissolving the RPT. History The RPT was founded in late 1969, under President Gnassingbé Eyadéma. The party's first Secretary-General was Edem Kodjo. It was the only legally permitted party in the country, a role further entrenched in a new constitution adopted in the 1979 referendum. Under its provisions, the president of the party was elected to a seven-year term as president of the republic, and confirmed in office by a plebiscite. After 22 years of single-party rule by the RPT, a National Conference was held in July–August 1991, establishing a transitional government leading to multiparty ...

Republican Party Of Texas
The Republican Party of Texas (RPT) is the affiliate of the United States Republican Party in the state of Texas. It is currently chaired by Matt Rinaldi, succeeding Allen West who resigned prior to the expiration of his term to run for governor of Texas. The party is headquartered in Austin. The RPT is legally considered to be a political action committee. It is currently the state's favored party, controlling the majority of Texas' U.S. House seats, both U.S. Senate seats, both houses of the state legislature, and the governorship. History The Republican Party developed dramatically in Texas during the Reconstruction era, after constitutional amendments freeing the slaves and giving suffrage to black males. Blacks joined the party that had ensured the end of slavery. African-American leaders, frequently men of mixed race who had been free and educated before the American Civil War, provided leadership in extending education and work opportunities to blacks after the war ...

Rapid Phase Transition
Rapid phase transition or RPT is a phenomenon realized in liquefied natural gas (LNG) incidents in which LNG vaporizes violently upon coming in contact with water causing what is known as a ''physical explosion'' or ''cold explosion''. During such explosions there is no combustion but rather a huge amount of energy is transferred in the form of heat from the room-temperature water to the LNG at a temperature difference of about . LNG Properties Liquefied natural gas or LNG is a natural gas that gets liquefied at atmospheric pressure and −161.5 °C. It is odorless, tasteless, colorless, and not poisonous but causes asphyxia. It can cause frostbite due to its cryogenic temperature. If this extremely cold LNG is mixed with water(e.g. sea water Seawater, or salt water, is water from a sea or ocean. On average, seawater in the world's oceans has a salinity of about 3.5% (35 g/L, 35 ppt, 600 mM). This means that every kilogram (roughly one liter by volume) of ...

Repeat Instruction
In computer instruction set architectures (ISA), a repeat instruction is a machine language instruction which repeatedly executes another instruction a fixed number of times, or until some condition is met. Since it is an instruction that operates on other instructions like the execute instruction, it has been classified as a meta-instruction. Computer models The Univac 1103 (1953) includes a ''repeat'' instruction ( op code mnemonic: ) which executes the following instruction a fixed number of times, possibly incrementing one or both of the address fields of that instruction. This compensates for the architecture's lack of index registers.
