ROH World Tag Team Champion
The ROH World Tag Team Championship is a professional wrestling world tag team championship contested for in the American professional wrestling promotion Ring of Honor. The championship is generally contested in professional wrestling matches, in which participants usually execute scripted finishes rather than contend in direct competition. The Briscoes (Jay Briscoe and Mark Briscoe) are the current champions in their thirteenth reign. History The ROH Tag Team Championship was introduced at Unscripted on September 21, 2002, where ROH held a tournament to crown the first champions. At the time, ROH did not have title belts, and instead presented Christopher Daniels & Donovan Morgan, the winners of the tournament, with a trophy. The Briscoes
The Briscoe Brothers are an American professional wrestling tag team consisting of brothers Jay Briscoe (Jamin "Jay" Pugh) and Mark Briscoe (Mark Pugh). They are known for their 19-year tenure with the American promotion Ring of Honor (ROH). and they are the current and record 13-time ROH World Tag Team Champions The duo were featured on its first-ever event on February 23, 2002, and other than an 18-month hiatus from August 2004 to February 2006, the brothers had been focal points of the company throughout its history, feuding with some of their biggest stars. Dragon Gate (wrestling)
operating as and often referred to simply as Dragon Gate (also stylized as Dragongate (ラゴンゲート, Doragongēto)), is a Japanese professional wrestling promotion formerly known as Toryumon Japan. Most of the promotion's wrestlers are graduates of its Dojo or Último Dragón's Toryumon Gym, and thus the promotion is based on a junior heavyweight style with varying emphasis on high flying maneuvers, flashy technical grappling, and submission wrestling.
