''REBELutionary'' is the seventh studio album by Massachusetts rapper Reks. It was released on July 23, 2012 by Gracie Productions. The album is the follow-up to '' Straight, No Chaser''. The album was entirely produced by Numonics. It features guest appearances by Termanology, Krondon (of Strong Arm Steady), J. Reks
Corey Isiah Christie (born August 24, 1977), better known as Reks (styled in all caps as REKS), is an American rapper. Reks emerged from Lawrence, Massachusetts' underground rap scene. His debut underground album, ''Along Came The Chosen'', was released on Brick Records in 2001. Reks has released eight additional albums and has appeared on various albums and mixtapes. Early career Reks was a breakdancer in his teens and was part of a local B-boy crew called Funk Town Connection. By the time he entered college at University of Massachusetts Amherst, Reks had built a reputation for himself in the local Boston rap scene, and eventually quit school to begin recording for Brick Records. A few 12" singles, "I Could Have Done More" and "Fearless," arrived first in early 2001, before Brick issued his debut LP, ''Along Came the Chosen'', later that year. Daniel Carrillo (born October 8, 1982), better known by his stage name Termanology, is an American rapper and record producer. He first gained major attention with the 2006 single "Watch How It Go Down". A solo album, '' Politics as Usual'', was released in 2008. He has made a number of collaborative albums, such as ''1982'' (released in 2010) and is known also for his prolific mixtape output. He is of Puerto Rican and French descent. Marvin Jones III (born July 9, 1976), also known as Krondon, is an American rapper and actor from Los Angeles, California. He is a member of the group Strong Arm Steady, along with rappers Phil Da Agony and Mitchy Slick. As an actor Jones portrays the character Tobias Whale in The CW superhero television series ''Black Lightning'', and voices Tombstone in the superhero film '' Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse''. Strong Arm Steady
Strong Arm Steady, often referred to as SAS, is a hip hop group in California's underground hip hop scene. As of December 2009, the act consists of members Phil Da Agony, Krondon, of Los Angeles, and Mitchy Slick of San Diego, California. Originally an amorphous collective of at least eight, formed as an alternative to the gang-focused productions of West Coast rap's then-dominant Death Row Records, SAS pared down to four members for recording in the studio and performing live, with Xzibit as the frontman.
