RAPTOR is protein threading software used for protein structure prediction. It has been replaced by RaptorX, which is much more accurate than RAPTOR. RAPTOR, the Rapid Algorithmic Prototyping Tool for Ordered Reasoning, is a graphical authoring tool created by Martin C. Carlisle, Terry Wilson, Jeff Humphries and Jason Moore. The software is hosted and maintained by former US Air Force Academy and current Texas A&M University professor Martin Carlisle. RAPTOR allows users to write and execute programs using flowcharts. The simple language and graphical components of RAPTOR are designed to teach the major ideas of computer programming to students. The Toronto Raptors are a Canadian professional basketball team based in Toronto. The Raptors compete in the National Basketball Association (NBA) as a member of the league's Eastern Conference Atlantic Division. They play their home games at Scotiabank Arena, which they share with the Toronto Maple Leafs of the National Hockey League (NHL). The team was founded in 1995 as part of the NBA's expansion into Canada, along with the Vancouver Grizzlies. Raptor was a Thai musical duo popular in the 1990s. The duo consisted of two ''luk khrueng'' (people of mixed Thai and Caucasoid) boys Joni Anwar and Louis Scott. Their albums ''Raptor'', ''Waab Boys'', ''Day Shock'' and ''Raptor Goodbye'' each sold over a million copies. History Joni Anwar started as child actor in the 1992 Thai movie ''Toe Laaw Tong Toe'' (โตแล้วต้องโต๋). They studied in Bangkok Patana School together. Raptor was born because Suea Thanapol, their producer, had the idea after seeing the movie ''Jurassic Park'', as well as the United States' Kris Kross. The Raptor-class patrol boat, formally identified as Project 03160, is a series of Russian high-speed coastal patrol boats. Boats of the class belong to the 4th rank ships in the Russian Navy. This project was developed by the design bureau of JSC Leningrad Shipyard Pella on the instructions of the Russian Navy.
