Ruzbeh Mammad
Ruzbeh Mammad (Ruzbeh Gulumov Mammad oglu; az, Gülümov Ruzbeh Məmməd оğlu), is an Azerbaijani writer and journalist. Early years Ruzbeh Mammad was born on October 26, 1991 in the village of Alçabulaq in the Yardımlı Rayon. He graduated from Lankaran State University’s Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, followed with obtaining a master’s degree of Environmental Engineering in Agricultural Studies. “Zaman-Azerbaijan” newspaper, “Yeni Avaz” newspaper, correspondent on "Yeniavaz.com" news portal. He was the founder and editor-in-chief of the Free Publication Literature portal, and presently works as a journalist. Works Ruzbeh Mammad's first book, "Take me to silence", was published in 2013, and the author rejected this book and it was buried. In 2014, a 365-day poem book was published in the legal publishing house. His poems are published in famous newspapers, magazines and online magazines. Yardimli ( az, Yardımlı) is a city in and the capital of the Yardimli District of Azerbaijan. It is in the Talysh Mountains, a northwestern subrange of the Alborz (''Elburz'') mountain range, about 286 km to the south from Baku and 76 km to the south-west from Masallı. History During the Soviet times, it had a status of a township. At those times, a carpet-weaving factory, which doesn't work at present, functioned in Yardimli. There are a museum, mosque and military memorial in the city. Etymology They explain the toponym in different ways. According to a possibility, it was created from the word "Yardam". The people are explained as part of the Ulus. They say the root of the name "Ardabil" is "Yard." According to the second assumption, "Ertim" was caused. Writers' Union Of Azerbaijan
The Union of Azerbaijani Writers ( az, Azərbaycan Yazıçılar Birliyi) is the largest public organization of Azerbaijani writers, poets and publicists. It has over 1500 members at present. It was founded on June 13, 1934, when Azerbaijan was a part of the Soviet Union as the Azerbaijan Soviet Socialist Republic. History Prior to 1934, Azerbaijani writers grouped in variety of literary unions. In 1923, a group of writers formed the "İldırım" United Organization of Turkic Publicists and Poets. Later, in 1925, another organization known as "Qızıl qələmlər" (''Golden Pens'') was established uniting most writers and regularly conducting literary gathering events.
