Russia In The Eurovision Song Contest 2005
Russia participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 in Kyiv, Ukraine. The Russian entry was selected through a national final, organised by the Russian broadcaster Channel One Russia (C1R). Natalia Podolskaya represented Russia with the song " Nobody Hurt No One", which placed 15th and scored 57 points at the contest. Before Eurovision Evrovidenie 2005 - Vybirayet Rossiya ''Evrovidenie 2005 - Vybirayet Rossiya'' (retroactively often referred to as ''Nacionalny Otbor na Evrovidenie 2005'') was the third edition of Evrovidenie, the music competition that selects Russia's entry for the Eurovision Song Contest. Natalia Podolskaya
Natalia Yuryevna Podolskaya (Natalla Padolskaja, Belarusian: ''Натальля Юр'еўна Падольская'', Russian: ''Наталья Юрьевна Подольская'', born 20 May 1982) is a Belarusian singer who performed for Russia at the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest and was ranked No. 15. Anna Sergeyevna "Anita" Tsoy (russian: Анна Серге́евна "Анита" Цой; born Kim, russian: Ким; 7 February 1971, Moscow) is a Russian singer-songwriter of Korean descent. Aleksandr Nikolaevich Malinin (russian: Александр Николаевич Малинин, born Vyguzov, russian: Выгузов; 16 November 1958) is a Russian singer who was named a People's Artist of Russia in 1997. Vladimir Leonardovich Matetsky (russian: link=no, Владимир Леонардович Матецкий; born May 14, 1952, in Moscow) is a Russian and Soviet composer, producer, and radio presenter. Matetsky is a member of the Russian Authors' Society. He is married and has one daughter, Maria (born 1987) and son, Leonid (born 2001).
