Roy Foster (American Football)
Roy Allen Foster (born May 24, 1960) is an American former professional American football, football player who was an offensive lineman in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the USC Trojans football, USC Trojans. High school career Foster prepped at Taft High School (Los Angeles), Taft High School in Woodland Hills, California and Shawnee Mission West High School in Overland Park, Kansas. College career Foster played for the University of Southern California (USC) and was selected to 1981 College Football All-America Team (Consensus selection), and the 1980 College Football All-America Team Foster was the first winner of The Morris Trophy for being the top offensive or defensive lineman in the Pacific-8 conference. In gridiron football, a guard (G), otherwise known as an offensive guard (OG), is a player who lines up between the center (American football), center and the offensive tackle, tackles on the offensive line of a football team on the line of scrimmage used primarily for Blocking (American football), blocking. Right guards (RG) is the term for the guards on the right of the offensive line, while left guards (LG) are on the left side. Guards are to the right or left of the center. Jon Steven Young (born October 11, 1961) is an American former professional football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 15 seasons, primarily with the San Francisco 49ers. The 1982 NFL draft was the procedure by which National Football League teams selected amateur college football players. It is officially known as the NFL Annual Player Selection Meeting. Javon Alexander Mack (born November 19, 1985) is a former American football center. He played college football for the University of California, Berkeley and was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the first round with the 21st overall of the 2009 NFL Draft.
