New Mexico State Road 423
New Mexico State Road 423 (NM 423) is a state highway entirely within Bernalillo County, New Mexico. For its entire length, NM-423 is signed as Paseo del Norte in Albuquerque. Route description The highway's western terminus is at Atrisco Vista Boulevard on the west mesa of Albuquerque and then proceeds east to Unser Blvd. From there it then intersects Coors Blvd. The highway then continues east to Interstate 25 (I-25). The highway's eastern terminus is at an intersection with NM 556. From NM 45 to I-25, NM 423 is a freeway with a speed limit. From I-25 to its eastern terminus at NM 556, NM 423 is a 6-lane divided highway with at-grade intersections with speed limits of 45-55 MPH. Initial proposals to reconstruct its interchange with I-25 would have also extended the freeway portion of NM 423 east from Jefferson Boulevard east to Louisiana Boulevard. Farm to Market Road 423 (FM 423) is a farm to market road in Denton County, Texas. Route description FM 423 is major north–south arterial through the cities of The Colony, Frisco, and Little Elm, providing access to area highways for both existing residences and new subdivisions being developed in central Denton County. The route begins at SH 121 (the mainlanes of which are the Sam Rayburn Tollway) in The Colony. The route travels north through The Colony, where it is known locally as Main Street, and into Frisco. It briefly skirts the eastern edge of Little Elm before reentering Frisco and ending at US 380. South of FM423 the road is signed as Josey Lane, a major north-south thoroughfare through the cities of Carrollton and Farmers Branch.
