Roots School System
The Roots School System (RSS) is a school system based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. History The organization was founded in 1988 by Riffat Mushtaq with the first institution at Harley Street Rawalpindi. The organization has spread with her children operating separately in what Riffat describes as "healthy competition": Khadija Mushtaq being CEO of the Roots Ivy International University; Faisal CEO of Roots Millennium Schools; and Walid CEO of Roots International Schools. RSS was the only system in Pakistan that catered from ages two and over to undergraduate. Rawalpindi
Rawalpindi ( or ; Urdu, ) is a city in the Punjab province of Pakistan. It is the fourth largest city in Pakistan after Karachi, Lahore and Faisalabad, and third largest in Punjab after Lahore and Faisalabad. Khadija Mushtaq is a Pakistani academic administrator and educator. She is the chancellor of Roots Ivy International University and chief executive officer of the Roots School System. Education Mushtaq completed a Master of Economics degree with a specialization in development studies and monetary policy from Quaid-i-Azam University. Career Mushtag began her career as a teacher.
