Bertoldo Bühl
''Bertoldo'' was a biweekly magazine of surreal humour that ran from 14 July 1936 to 10 September 1943 under Italian Fascism. The magazine was based in Milan. While the '' Becco Giallo'' magazine put out courageous political satire against the fascist regime, the reactionary authors of ''Bertoldo'', like Marcello Marchesi, as well as ''Marc'Aurelio'', developed a kind of surreal humour that was accepted by the regime. Some of the best young artists and writers worked on the magazine. Among them were the popular author Giovannino Guareschi (1908–1968), and the Romanian Jewish architect-student (later famous American cartoonist) Saul Steinberg (1914–1999). Robert Herman Flock (born November 4, 1956) is an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church who serves as bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Ignacio de Velasco, Bolivia. Biography Born in Sparta, Wisconsin, Flock was ordained to the priesthood on July 9, 1982, for the Roman Catholic Diocese of La Crosse, Wisconsin. Flock received theological training from St. Francis de Salles College Seminary, as well as from the Pontifical North American College and the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome, where he received a degree in Biblical Theology. Flock arrived in Bolivia in 1988, where he began missionary work and priestly ministry in Santa Cruz. He was appointed Assistant Vicar for the Parish of Santa Cruz, and was responsible for pastoral vocations. Luis Sáinz Hinojosa (21 June 1936 – 8 October 2022) was a Bolivian prelate of the Catholic Church. Luis Sáinz Hinojosa was born on 21 June 1936 in Tiquipaya, Bolivia. He joined the Franciscans on 17 January 1961 and was ordained a priest on 26 August 1962. On 8 May 1982, Pope John Paul II appointed him auxiliary bishop of Cochabamba and titular bishop of Thucca Terebenthina. He received his episcopal consecration on 31 July 1982 from the Apostolic Nuncio in Bolivia, Alfio Rapisarda, with Gennaro Maria Prata Vuolo, Archbishop of Cochabamba, and Luis AnÃbal RodrÃguez Pardo, Archbishop of Santa Cruz de la Sierra as co-consecrators.
