Rogue Mage Series
The ''Rogue Mage'' series of fantasy novels were written by American author Faith Hunter about races of beings inhabiting a post-apocalyptic Earth of the not-too distant future. Some of them possess magical powers. The series is set in the remains of the United States about a century after an apocalypse similar to the one predicted in the Book of Revelation, but with no God appearing. Fantasy Literature
Fantasy literature is literature set in an imaginary universe, often but not always without any locations, events, or people from the real world. Magic, the supernatural and magical creatures are common in many of these imaginary worlds. Fantasy literature may be directed at both children and adults. Fantasy is a subgenre of speculative fiction and is distinguished from the genres of science fiction and horror by the absence of scientific or macabre themes, respectively, though these genres overlap. Diana Pharaoh Francis (born c. 1967) is an American fantasy author and professor, best known for her novels ''Path of Fate'' and ''The Cipher''. Early life Francis grew up on a cattle ranch in Northern California, near Lincoln.
