Rising People's Party
The Rising People's Party is a young political party of Nagaland State, India founded by social advocate Joel Naga. The motto of the party is “For Freedom and Democracy”. RPP ideology is to build a ‘New Nagaland’, through law & order, youth and women empowerment, a self-reliant economy, fighting corruption and injustice and to stand for the rights of Naga people.The party stands for a strong autonomy and Federal status for Nagaland. Nagaland () is a landlocked state in the northeastern region of India. 2024 Lok Sabha Election
General elections are expected to be held in India between April and May 2024 to elect 543 members of the Lok Sabha. Background The tenure of the 17th Lok Sabha is scheduled to end on 16 June 2024. The previous general elections were held in April–May 2019.
