Fungi
A fungus ( : fungi or funguses) is any member of the group of eukaryotic organisms that includes microorganisms such as yeasts and molds, as well as the more familiar mushrooms. These organisms are classified as a kingdom, separately from the other eukaryotic kingdoms, which by one traditional classification include Plantae, Animalia, Protozoa, and Chromista. A characteristic that places fungi in a different kingdom from plants, bacteria, and some protists is chitin in their cell walls. Fungi, like animals, are heterotrophs; they acquire their food by absorbing dissolved molecules, typically by secreting digestive enzymes into their environment. Fungi do not photosynthesize. Growth is their means of mobility, except for spores (a few of which are flagellated), which may travel through the air or water. Fungi are the principal decomposers in ecological systems. These and other differences place fungi in a single group of related organisms, named the ''Eumycota'' (''t ...

Calyptella Puiggarii
''Calyptella'' is a genus of Cyphelloid fungi in the family Marasmiaceae. The genus has a widespread distribution and contains 20 species. These fungi grow on bark of trees or on the stems of herbaceous plants (generally when they are already dead). The fruiting bodies are shaped like bells which hang down from a point of attachment, sometimes with short stems. The smooth fertile surface is on the interior of the bell shape. Bolbitiaceae
The Bolbitiaceae are a family of mushroom-forming basidiomycete fungi. A 2008 estimate placed 17 genera and 287 species in the family. Bolbitiaceae was circumscribed by mycologist Rolf Singer in 1948. Description This family is of mushroom-forming species that have a hymenium on gills, brown spores and a hymenoderm pileipellis. Differences in genera ''Bolbitius'' are mushrooms which are thin, ''Mycena''-like, with gelatinous cap surface. These lack a veil, are saprotrophic, and tend to be found with grass. ''Conocybe'' are mushrooms which are thin, ''Mycena''-like, with a dry cap surface. These are small and saprotrophic, and tend to be found with grass. These have cheilocystidia which are capitate. ''Pholiotina'' are mushrooms which are thin, ''Mycena''-like, with a dry cap surface. These are small and saprotrophic, and tend to be found with grass, and have a veil. Some have a membranous veil, mid- stipe, others the veil breaks up and can be found on the cap margin. The ...

Rimbachia Paradoxa
''Rimbachia'' is a species of fungus in the family Tricholomataceae, and the type species of the genus '' Rimbachia''. It was first described scientifically by the French mycologist Narcisse Théophile Patouillard in 1891. Description The fruit bodies of ''Rimbachia paradoxa'' are somewhat flattened, with the cap is attached to the stem at an angle, and the spore-bearing surface (the hymenium The hymenium is the tissue layer on the hymenophore of a fungal fruiting body where the cells develop into basidia or asci, which produce spores. In some species all of the cells of the hymenium develop into basidia or asci, while in others some ...) is reticulate and gill-like. The fruit bodies are saprobic, growing on dead wood.
