Richard Herbert Taylor (born 24 January 1957) is an English former footballer A football player or footballer is a sportsperson who plays one of the different types of football. He was born in Farnley Tyas and played for England Youth in the early 1970s. He was the goalkeeper on the losing side of the 1974 Youth Cup final. Spurs won 2–1. Huddersfield is a market town in the Kirklees district in West Yorkshire, England. It is the administrative centre and largest settlement in the Kirklees district. The town is in the foothills of the Pennines.
